We have a flat in Manhattan that is perfect for 2 people - queen-sized bed. Full of light, in a safe neighborhood, close to transport, restaurants, museums, theatres, Central Park, Lincoln Center and more. The kitchen appliances were newly installed in June, 2009.

We are nonsmokers looking for the same.

Language of communication: English is my native language. Intermediate level French, some Spanish, some Czech.

Our apartment has a front desk that is staffed 24 hours a day. There are washing machines and dryers on the lobby level (pay as you use).

We are Americans who lived in Prague for 4 years, until 2008. We visited Amsterdam for several long weekends and are looking forward to spending more time there in November, 2010.
