I live in a fairly large (700+ sqft) 1BR apartment on the upper west side, 86th street between Central Park West and Columbus (1 block from Central Park). It is in a doorman, prewar, elevator building on the 2nd floor, with southern exposure. The apt is fully furnished - I have a queen-sized bed, 2 TVs (cable), high speed Internet, etc. Please note that 1) I have a cat and 2) the apartment is on a busy street so it is not a very quiet apartment.
