I live in a large studio in an extremely well-kept and secure high-rise just 3 blocks from the Times Square district. I'm on the 4th Floor, with access to a pleasant 3rd floor outdoor plaza courtyard. The sleeping options, however, are limited: I have a daybed 32" x 76" and an inflatable AeroBed 39" x 74" so there is sleeping for two people. The main room of the studio is 22' (L) x 12' (W). There is a separate kitchen with no door: 8' (L) x 7' (W). There is an entryway: 6' (L) x 3.5' (W). There is a hallway: 8' (L) x 3.5' (W), which leads to bathroom: 7' x>5'.
