This is an apartment on the 2nd floor. 1000sqt. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Duplex apartment.
Very quiet place. peaceful and safe neighborhood. Next to the streetcar to downtown. We are closed to Audubon park where there is a golf and to Audubon zoo. Very closed to the Mississippi where you can bike on the levee. A lots of restaurants around and french bakeries and pastries. Art galleries to see and an art market each month in Palmer Park on the same street. A lots of festivals such as Jazz fest.
We have 2 bikes.
