our home is in an amazing location and we feel very fortunate to live here in mill valley.
sausalito is 1 exit away on the freeway.
the freeway is down the road, about 3 minutes away driving. san francisco is a 10 minute drive away over the golden gate bridge and the beach is 15 minutes down the road. mill valley is a woodsy, prestigious neighborhood, very close to san francisco but with better schools and more of a family environment.

our house was built in 1980 and the layout is ideal. a complete remodel was done 5 years ago. hardwood floors thoughout, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, etc. main floor is open living: kitchen, family room, dining room, and playroom for our boys. also on the main level is a living room, 1/2 bathroom, and laundry room. off the family room and living room is 1 deck and on the deck is a brand new cedar hot tub. down the steps is a grass yard and very large trampoline. we have views from every room that face the bay. you can see alcatraz and sausaulto on a clear day as well.

Upstairs is the master suite (has it's own bathroom), and 2 more bedrooms and 1 large bathroom.

there is a garage and plenty of parking in the driveway and in front of the house.
