beautiful remodeled condo in the heart of South Beach!! Our condo is one the most popular buildings in all of south beach! We have a beautiful pool, jacuzzi,and all the amenities you would expect in a first rate building. The pool and huge deck faces beautiful biscayne bay and downtown Miami.We have great security. You are minutes away from the beaches ,100s of restaurants, the marina and Lincoln Road. If you dont want to walk their is a local mini bus that takes you all around south beach for .25!! We have swapped twice before and both were very rewarding and we have remained friends!

About Home Exchange Owners :

We are both retired and 60. I owned a few restaurants and my wife was a speech therapist for 30 years. We also travel with a 6 pound chihuahua that is cleaner and better trained then most people"LOL" We expect any swap to be exactly as described! We are not looking for a 5 star hotel even though that would be great! We are looking for a clean place that has been honestly described. It is imperative that we swap with NON SMOKERS only!! We are not party people so almost all of our activity will be done during the day. We love museums, cafes, and just getting submerged in different places and cultures
