This home is a traditional Cape Cod type house in a somewhat secluded area. We have waterfront property and a dock that you can take a boat in to the bay and out to Martha's vineyard if you would like. It is a great location and nice house. Half of the house is rented out year-round and the other half is typically empty except when my family comes to visit, which is typically during the summer for a few weeks. There is good privacy between the two halves of the house.
