However, our little town of Marble Falls offers you quaint shops and restaurants overlooking the lake. We are 30 minutes from Horseshoe Bay Resort. 1 hour 15 from San Antonio with Sea World, Fiesta Texas, Riverwalk and more. 1 hour 15 from Schlitterbaun Water Park. Our neighborhood is charming...a curvy, tree lined street, perfect for morning or evening walks. You can sit on the decks of the "Oasis" and watch the sun set over Lake Travis, or walk down to fish or swim at the private swimming dock.
