Madeira Beach is one of Florida's most beautiful Gems - but if you want more activity, it's only 30 minutes to Tampa/Busch Gardens and 90 minutes to Disney World.
The Tampa Bay area has a wide range of activities to offer. These
include home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers football team, the Stanley
Cup winning Tampa Bay Lightning Hockey Team, the Tampa Bay Devil
Rays baseball team, the minor league New York Yankees baseball
team.
For the kids there is Busch Gardens, Adventure Island , Tampa
Aquarium, Lowry Park Zoo, Ft. Desoto Park, putt putt golf and
racetrack.
Adults can enjoy the night life with the Hard Rock Cafe
and Seminole Casino, Habor City and Channelside, and the So Ho
district for restaurants and bars, and the Tampa Performing Arts for
plays. Both high end and standard shopping malls. Not to mention
all the wonderful golf courses in the area. The Tampa Bay area
truly has something for everyone!
