California close to everything.Seaside, beach, ocean 30 minutes drive. Redwoods and parks with in biking distance. Walking distance to dining, shops, cafes, festivals, farmers market. Nice upscale neighborhood. 1 hour drive to Monterey ( Monterey Bay aquarium), as well as Carmel famous beaches and just 1 hour drive North to SanFrancisco. Bay area and the Technology museum are just 20 minutes drive. Good central place to set up a home base to explore this part of California! The home has hard wood floors, high cielings and French doors with a nice back yard and is located on a central main street, close to everything.
