A nice 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a full kitchen, living room with big screen TV, wifi and a lemon tree in the yard. Can include a car. In the heart of the East Side of Los Angeles, 10 minutes from Downtown and Hollywood. 5 Minutes to Griffith Park (the biggest city park in LA). 30 Minutes to LAX, the Beach, Disneyland or Magic Mountain amusement parks. 10 mins to Universal Studios and city walk. 5 Minutes from major shopping malls the Glendale Galeria and Americana (all times are with out traffic, it can be much more during high traffic times). Smoking is permited as long as it is outside in the yard, not in the house. Southern California is almost always warm so stepping outside for a smoke even in winter is easy.
