Two bedrooms, big modern kitchen, quiet, safe, kid/pet-friendly... historic, in a friendly neighborhood, in the heart of Los Angeles. Great walking trails, with dramatic city vistas, within feet of the property, well above the noise and pollution. Might consider swapping vehicles as well.

After living in Laurel Canyon for 3 years we have found that our reluctance to living permanently in Los Angeles has melted away. Great neighborhood.
