We live 20 minutes South of Washington D.C. 2 blocks to a private neighborhood marina on the Potomac River. Many activities, outlet shopping at Potomac Mills is 5 miles away, many free museums and attractions around the D.C. area. We have 5 bedrooms, can accomodate children (even a crib or todler bed) 2 family rooms, screened porch, deck patio and fenced backyard. Kid friendly.
