I own a condo at The Platinum in Las Vegas. Interesting in swapping with someone in Napa in May. Also interested in swapping with someone on South Beach Fl sometime this Fall (don't have an exact date yet).

The place is managed as hotel, but units are individually owned. So you will have all the am entities (room service, etc) of a hotel, but the unit is a condo.
