This 1,000 Sq. Foot home is located at approximately Tropicana and Eastern in Las Vegas, NV. It is 4 minutes from the airport. You can use city bus or taxis, but renting a car gives you most flexibility. 10 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. The cottage is in a private fenced yard at the back of my larger home. Private, and quiet. Looking for possible exchange in good locations including Europe and possibly S. America. Perhaps Asia.
