Single family home, quiet area, nature & hiking preserve very closeby, Silver Rock city golf course, many other golf courses closeby, Hog's Breath Inn (yes, this is the offshoot of the famous Carmel, CA Clint Eastwood's restaurant!) and Arnold Palmer's (who lives in our desert) restaurants in Old Town LaQuinta within a mile or so. Every convenience in this city of over 42,000.
