This newly renovated and upgraded Sunset Cottage is a charming single story vacation home located in a quiet and exclusive residential neighborhood on the hills of La Jolla (Country Club Golf Course). From the deck, living room, kitchen, and master bedroom visitors can enjoy a breathtaking 180 degre ocean view that creates unforgettable moments and pure relaxation. Within walking distance is the La Jolla Cove, a protected Natural Reserve is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. An additional half mile more is La Jolla Shores which offers additional activities like kayaking, surfing, paddle board and more.
The master bedroom with private bath provides a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen-size bed, optional futon and an electric fireplace. A sofa bed and Queen size air mattress is also available. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and new appliances. When sitting at the dining table, visitors can enjoy the ocean view and romantic sunsets.
A washer and dryer is also available.

Our 'Sunset Cottage' has been completely remodeled. The comfortable living room offers a 50” plasma TV with cable. Both bathrooms are recently remodeled. Washer and dryer and WiFi are available.
