Nice little 1.5 bedroom/ 1 bathroom house on 1 acre in central/coastal Maine. Situated right on Route 17, 40 min. from the midcoast region including Camden, Rockport, Rockland, Damariscotta, Wiscasset, etc. There are some great lighthouses and beaches in the area.
The house is located in a rural area and it is a 30 min. drive to pretty much anywhere you would need to shop for food or other needed items.
House includes a full kitchen, couch, computer with highspeed internet, queen sized bed, twin bed, and bathroom with shower. Nice large Yard.
