The comfortable great room area is tastefully furnished and includes couches, end tables, reading lamps, coffee table, flat screen TV, remote control cable television and a DVD player. Modern sofa converts into 2 twin beds.

KITCHEN

The state-of-the-art, fully equipped kitchen includes a 10' long granite bar with bar stools, granite kitchen counter tops and all stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, eye-level microwave, refrigerator / freezer, coffee maker, toaster, all cookware, crockery, cutlery, glasses and of course the all important dishwasher.

DINING AREA

Situated in the great room, the dining area can comfortably accommodate 8 people (10 if necessary) and is perfect for both formal and informal dining.

BALCONY

Situated right off of the great room is a balcony with comfortable chairs and a table for dining and "peek-a-boo" view of the mountains.

2ND FLOOR INCLUDES:

MASTER SUITE

The master bedroom has a California king size bed with bedside cabinets, reading lamps, clock/radio and remote control cable television. A built-in closet provides ample additional storage space.

The en suite bathroom, with oversized shower and double sinks is smartly decorated and includes small appliances including hairdryer, curling iron, etc.

GUEST BEDROOM

Queen size bed with headboard, dresser, bedside cabinets, reading lamps, alarm clock and remote control television. The built-in closet provides ample additional storage.

MAIN BATHROOM

Adjacent to the guest bedroom is the main bathroom which is tastefully decorated and has both shower and bath facilities.

OFFICE

My home office is adjacent to the master suite and includes a personal computer with high speed Internet access for your use.

LAUNDRY ROOM

Includes full-size stackable washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

LOWER FLOOR

GARAGE

Two car garage is at your disposal for private parking. My vehicle is available for exchange. I have a 2005, well maintained, Ford Escape SUV which is fully loaded with air conditioning, cruise control, 6 CD player and DVD player.

LOCATION

Conveniently located right off Interstate 90 (just 2 mins from my house).

The community enjoys an enviable location that boasts retail areas, a bus line to Seattle and surrounding areas, hiking and biking trails, skiing, camping, fishing, shops, supermarkets and designer outlet stores. There are also several lakes for recreational boating, jet-skiing, water skiing, etc. and several golf courses in the immediate vicinity.
