Incredibly Safe, Peaceful, Quiet and a complete treasure.

There are two shopping centers on the edge of the neighborhood, packed with stores for grocery and any type of shopping desired. Blockbuster Video is a 1/2 mile also. Over 20 restaurants are within one mile walking distance.

You may walk dogs in the big park on the water in my neighborhood. Also you may ride a bike over the bridge to the beach as well. You are allowed to ride right on the shore of the Gulf of Mexico (Indian Rocks Beach). A beach several miles north allows you to have dogs on the beach itself. The intercoastal park in my neighborhood has a covered gazebo on the water where you can go with pets if desired, if you wish to relax and read on the water too.

A Holiday Inn with multiple nightclubs and restaurants is the mainstay on Indian Rocks beach, immediately on the other side of the bridge that crosses the intercoastal waterway.

If Disney accommodations are needed, owner knows the best way to see Disney in a day with bus included for around $40 for hotel and transportation, since the hotel is nearby. Park Hopper pass tips can also be provided to see Disney's four parks in one or two days, rather than four. This saves a lot of money and the bus allows one to avoid the hour wait in traffic to exit the parks at night, since a special exit lane is provided for the free bus back to the hotel.
