Ours is a 2-story Spanish-style home in a safe and friendly neighborhood 4-1/2 blocks from an uncrowded beach in southern San Diego. All comforts provided: Gourmet kitchen, large master retreat with two balconies, deluxe 6-person hot tub, large front and back yards with tropical landscaping, computer and high-speed Internet, large flat screen TV, upright piano, DVD, etc. Road, mountain, and/or beach bikes at your disposal.

*We have 2 very sweet Rhodesian ridgeback-mix dogs and 4 cats. You will NOT have to take care of them, but you will need to live with and be kind to them. We look forward to meeting and spoiling your animal children!

We live 4-1/2 blocks from one of the most peaceful beaches in San Diego, known for excellent surfing. We are 8 miles from lovely and historic Coronado, 15 miles from Downtown San Diego, and 5 miles from the U.S.-Mexico border. A great place to enjoy all San Diego has to offer without crowds and high prices.

We are a married couple in our late 30s. David is an IT technician at the San Diego Airport and Holly sells advertising for the San Diego Reader, the local alternative/events newspaper. We love travel, good food & wine, reading/writing, meeting new people, and animals. We look forward to meeting you!
