This 1600 sq. ft. home is a 2 minute walk to neighborhood beach or 4 minutes to public beach. Quiet, safe location. House is in excellent shape. Cable TV, internet service, washer and dryer, outside shower, gas grill, picnic table, some ocean views. Quick 2 minute drive (or 20 minute walk) with reserved parking to downtown Hyannis. Hyannis is seen as the "Capital" of Cape Cod. Nightlife, shopping, restaurants, street events, parades, etc. Walk to Harbor in 20 minutes and take the ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. 1.5 hours to Boston, 45 minutes to Provincetown, 5.5 hours to NYC.
