Our Beachhouse is located on Sunset Beach on Oahu's North Shore, just 45 minutes from the Honolulu Int'l Airport. It is a large 4 bedroom 3 bath home of approximately 3,000 sf and was completely remodeled within the last two years. (Contact us for a website with over 40 photos detailing the entier property.) We also have two cruiser bicycles, several ocean kayaks, a deck overlooking the beach uder the shade of two large trees plus an outdoor shower with hot water. Some of the world's best surfing is right out the back door. This is a sandy beach location with lots of recreation adventures all within 5 miles of our home.

At present because of our busy work schedule we're only looking for an exchange into a 3 or 4 bedroom luxury home in Whistler for 7 to 10 days during the upcoming Winter Olympics mid-February of 2010. We do not have to do a simultaneous exchange as our beach house is a second home.
