The restaurants are delightfully local and extremely good. Surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico, Tampa Bay, and the Intracoastal Waterway, Anna Maria Island is an easy 1+ hour drive from Tampa and 45 minutes away from Sarasota airport (SRQ).
Busch Gardens is 1½ hours away in Tampa, Disney World is 2+ hours away in Orlando, nearby Sarasota provides cultural events and art shows as well as upscale shopping and restaurants.

Mark, 58 yrs., is a general contractor and real estate broker, building and designing his own houses. Sandee, 60 yrs. provides adult programs at the local Community Center. Both enjoy the interior design of new projects, walking the beach, golf, traveling, reading, and music. We are honest and trustworthy people who would respect anyone else’s property, and would expect the same of ours.
