Your vacation home will be cleaned and sanitized. We do not rent the day before your arrival to perform a deep cleaning also allowing guests to choose there arrival as early as need be the next morning.

All guests receive a welcome gift as a reminder of your stay in this luxury beachside home. Children are treated as important guests and we always like to please them with little special treats. Two Junior size treasure hunters/metal detectors for the children to spend hours beach combing. Don't worry, there is an adult size also. Mini character fishing poles and a couple for the big people.

For your pleasure and convience we offer a stocked pantry, Free valet car service, pick-up and drop-off at a cruise ship, and by request (Extra Charge) a personal chef, and housekeeping.


This nice size beach condo has a modern to traditional look complete with 24" porcelain floors. This 16th floor Penthouse with 10 ' ceilings has 2-bedroom, 2-bath with breathtaking inter-coastal city views and the world famous Diplomat and Nikki Marina two buildings down. You can view it all from the balcony, both bedrooms and the master bath..Just installed in every window, luxurious custom made drapes.

The thick 60" square glass dining room table seats (8) overlooks the city lights. Bedrooms and living room have custom made beautiful box ceiling lighting with crown molding. There is crown molding through out the whole condo unit including the ceiling of the 10' high closet.

Custom designed kitchen is amazing with its huge farmhouse hammered copper sink, copper pot filler, wood ceiling, and crown molding topped cabinets all with glass doors. Multi colored tumble rock marble on the walls makes this marvelous granite kitchen complete with dishes, appliances, pots/pans, margarita maker, pods coffee maker, regular coffee maker and many other convenient appliances, just a true joy to cook in. Guests will enjoy an abundance of different coffee and tea from many of their favorite coffee houses. (personal request for a specific brand)

Not into cooking? There are many famous eateries with in a 10 minute drive and many that deliver or just walk over to the Diplomat for a wonderful dining experience. We have a service that will pick up food, groceries, dry cleaning and anything else including prescriptions.

Master modern bedroom set complete with brand new King size temper-pedic mattress and large 52"flat screen plasma TV. and intercoastal view. Second bedroom has a fantastic intercoastal view also with 50" flat screen plasma TV both have DVRs with on demand.

This Condo will Sleep 4 or more. Bedroom #1 has a King size bed. Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed. There is also a Deep couch and love seat which sleeps like a twin. If you find you need a bit more privacy than the sofa's we have 2 twin air beds.
