FOOTHILLS OF THE ROCKY MOUNTAINS. Quiet cul de sac location yet centrally located to SO much. Lite rail stop one mile. Ten minutes to Red Rocks Ampitheater (best place in the world for concerts/outdoor movies)Geological Paradise.Minutes to mountains. 1 hour to many ski resorts.20 minutes to Boulder(Univ. of Colorado)tons of free things/world class hiking) 1hour to Ft. Collins (Colo State Univ, also voted "best place to retire), hour's drive to Colorado Springs(Pikes Peak, Royal Gorge, Garden of the Gods)30 minutes to gambling in charming historic mountain towns of Central City and Black Hawk. 2000 acres of open space at end of our street for hiking/montain biking etc. Close to shopping of all types. VERY private park-like back yard with hot tub. Nicely decorated home with comfortable beds. Would consider including car trade for right situation. Very close to city and mountains,truly the best of both worlds.Sports( Colorado Rockies, Denver Broncos, Avalanche, variety of great golfing,LoDo nightlife, Six Flags amusement park, Museums,performing arts,horseback riding.Gourmet, casual and fast food restaurants.Alpine slide 5 min.Colo.Mills mall 1.5 mi. Adjustable b-ball hoop. Have crib that we could set up if needed and high chair. Great helpful neighbors if you need anything. We do have a fabulously lazy yellow lab that will probably be next door unless you'd like him to come visit. We have no cats.
