Close to everything! 10 minutes from downtown via automobile, a bike ride to the University of Florida area, and a walk to Starbuck's. If you are interested in visiting the beach, it is approximately a 2 hour drive. Our house has everything you need to live simply. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The other 2 are childrens' bedrooms with cribs. As you can see in the pictures, our house has a 'lived in' feel. Use your imagination, as we will store the toys and other childrens' items during a home exchange. It is located in a quiet neighborhood called Florida Park, built in the 50s, and great for walks and bike rides around town...a short hiking trail is found ~10 minutes on foot. Numerous other parks are located within a short driving distance. Point of interest for some: Orlando ~ 2 hours, Jacksonville ~ 1 1/2 hours, Miami ~ 5 hours, Tampa ~ 2 hours, Ocala ~ 30 minutes.
