Exchange Zones

Nice 3 bedroom/2 bath home nestled in the woods, yet close to the city. I would rate this a 3-star stay, not a dump, yet not the Ritz. There are several things to do in the area depending on what you like. My home is close to the Falcons Stadium in Flowery Branch, and or Road Atlanta in Winder. Lake Sydney Lanier just down the road, if you like to fish. If you like to hike the Elachee Nature Center is also just down the road, with beautiful hiking & biking trails, and golf. While here spend a day in Atlanta. Experience the new Georgia Acquarium. Take in a Braves game, and don't forget to see the new baby Panda at the Atlanta Zoo. Stone Mountain, Underground Atl, The Punch Line, The World of Coca Cola, The Fox Theatre, fine dining, plus much more. Then just north you've got the beautiful North Georgia, and Blue Ridge Mountains. Lots to see, tons to do, and you'd be right dab in the middle here.
I do not have cable tv or satellite, however we do have plenty of movies if you get bored.
Smoking permitted outside of home/pets ok if properly maintained.
