With beautiful mountain views and pine trees all around, the house is within walking distance of several restaurants and shops including the famous Little Bear music venue. Also within walking distance of Evergreen Lake, golf courses, and several hiking trails. Evergreen is within an hour of some of the major ski resorts and a quick twenty-minute drive to Denver. Get the beauty and seclusion of the Rocky Mountains with the excitement of the city just minutes away! Our two story home has two fully furnished bedrooms with a third partially furnished bedroom upstairs. It is bright and clean with many windows to take in the mountain sun. With an open floorplan, it is the perfect place to spread out, relax, and/or entertain.

Yeah, there's a cross on the roof. This house used to be part of a church camp back in the 60s. It has since been remodeled, though the cross was never removed. We thought it was interesting, so we left it up.

About Home Exchange Owners :

My roommate and I are both teachers at a local high school. We are looking for a place to explore for a few weeks to a month during our summer vacation (June-August).
