We are a family of 4 looking to do a week (7-12 days) long vacation house swap with another family close to a lake or beach, or in a European Location. Looking for March / April 2014 (if you are located somewhere that will be warm then) or Summer 2014.

We have a brand new 2013 built 5 bed / 3.5 bath 3500 squ ft home. We are not looking for a frat party to take place at our home. We will take utmost care of your place while staying there and we expect the same of you. Our house is in Evanston, walking distance to Northwestern University, the lake (great beach with kayak and paddle board rental)and Downtown Evanston (12 minutes) for dinner, night life and shopping. Very quick 20 minutes by Metra to downtown Chicago. It's a very kid friendly space and we are across the street from an amazing park (Playground for kids and tennis courts).

We would also consider a non-simultaneous swap if you are interested in Christmas 2013
