Bottom floor condo in 4 unit building on Seascape golf course in Golf/Beach resort in Destin, Fl. View from living and dining room of the 17th tee, and the lake in front, and a view from 2nd bedroom of a pond in back of condo. Swimming pool is directly across from condo. Resort has 5 swimming pools, 1 heated in winter, tennis courts, basketball court, biking, walking areas, beach, golf, beachside restaurant/bar. There is a huge outlet mall within 1 mile, and 2 other shopping areas within 3 miles. Several golf courses, putt-putt, waterparks, go carts, charter deep-sea fishing, jet-ski and sailboat rentals, and wonderful restaurants near.

This is our 2nd home. Very well taken care of. Fully furnished. 37" Television, stereo, and dvd in living room. Television with built in vcr in master, and tv with built in vcr in 2nd bedroom. Clock radios in all 3 bedrooms. Games, books, and magazines in cabinet under living rm tv. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a very large patio along with a 4 chair patio set, and porch swing. There is no washer/dryer in unit, but there is a coin operated pair in a small room just outside the door of the condo in the building breezeway.

About Home Exchange Owners :

We are a couple in our 50's. Husband is a high school history teacher and wife owns an electronics manufacturers rep firm. We have a small housebroken, well-behaved, and adorable yorki-poo that travels with us. Non-simultaneous exchange o.k.
