We are looking for a Vacation Swap this summer July 8th to the 14th in the Orange County area close to the beach. Looking for similar size and comfort level and will also consider other locations.

We have a custom home south of Denver, CO that we would swap for 1 to 2 weeks for your home in Orange County. We have lived in Orange County area and have family that we visit every summer and thought it would be a great idea to swap homes!

What we have is a beautiful custom home on a private golf course close to everything you want to do in Denver and the Rocky Mountains. The home is about 5 yrs old and backs up to the 12th hole on the golf course with open space views and luxury accommodations. Just walk down the block and you have the private country club, you can play golf, enjoy a full course meal at the private restaurant or just relax at the bar and have a casual breakfast, lunch or dinner with the family. After dinner why not take the golf cart for a ride around the golf course and enjoy the open space and scenery and catch the sunset over the Rocky Mountains!

With almost 5,000 sq ft, 5 bedrooms, 5baths, family room, great room, play/TV area room, guest suite with sitting area and a 900 sq ft courtyard that the home wraps around, you will enjoy the outdoors in sunny Colorado!!

Only 45 minutes from downtown Denver you can enjoy 16th Street mall, restaurants, museums, and sporting events. Just an hour and half and you are up in the rocky mountains for a day of hiking, biking or just sight seeing. Just 15 minutes away you can go to the Castlewood Canyon State Park where you can enjoy hiking, horse back riding, a picnic and much more! A must is a concert under the stars at the Red Rocks Amphitheater. Check out Boulder for their great art and restaurants. Take a tour of the Coors Brewing Co in Golden Colorado, go white water rafting in the Arkansas River. There are so many attractions to see in Denver that you will be happy to come home to a comfortable and spacious home centrally located to all the main attractions that Colorado has to offer.

Check out Colorado Springs only 45 min away. An incredible place to explore! A must is Garden of the Gods because it is a great place for hiking and photos. Take the train to Pikes Peak or drive to the top where the views are amazing. Visit the Air Force Academy and enjoy the Peterson Air and Space museum. Stop by the world famous Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, or the Cave of the Winds. You have to stop at the Royal Gorge Suspension Bridge and many more things it has to offer.
