Near an elementary school (large playground), community swimming pool, bike paths, grocery and gas station. Restaurants within a mile. Six blocks from city transportation. Possible use of car (manual transmission) if we can work out insurance details. Three bicycles available for your use.

Home is 5 minutes from golf course, about 35 min. drive from Boulder; 60 min. from Estes Park and the Rocky Mt. Nat'l. Park; 90 min. from Cheyenne, WY. We are 20 min. from downtown Denver (City Park, zoo, botanical gardens, Museum of Natural History, Planetarium). Drive in theater 12 min. away! Summer days are warm (80ºF to 90ºF) with nights cooling to the very low 60's (bring a sweater!). If you drive to the mts., temps. are about 10º lower, in general.
