We have a beautiful quiet 2bd, 2bath with amenities, pool, clubhouse etc. 5 minutes from beach and quaint downtown Delray Beach in South Florida. Are you interested in swapping your apartment for at least three or more months? My wife needs medical treatment from Sloan Kettering and I will be working on the west side. We are a quiet, clean mature couple.

This is NOT a 55+community. Condo has a great lake view, enclosed large porch, modern furnishings, cable ready, internet, etc. 4th floor of a five story elevator concrete bldg. Safe secure quiet comfortable and breezy- 1200 sq ft.
Our dates are flexible, but we are thinking to start the swap around September /October 2010.
One small trained dog okay.
