It’s a very nice 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms pool home, located in the beautiful community of Solana, only minutes from Disney and nearby some of the nicest golf courses. My house is spacious (2,200 sf) with open plan design, large living room with high ceiling. You get a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, pots & pans and all the linens & towels. Also included are a full-sized washer and dryer, hairdryer, iron & ironing board. We also provide internet and long distance. The pool is fully screened to keep out the bugs and we’ve put a BBQ and patio set.
On the first floor, the master bedroom has king size bed, TV and in-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has two twin size beds and bathroom right across. On the second floor, the third and fourth bedrooms have queen size beds and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. They all share the third bathroom.
I looked at a lot of surrounding communities and fell in love with this one. It’s well maintained and the landscape is beautiful. At the clubhouse you can find a community pool, Jacuzzi, children’s playground, soccer area, beach volleyball court, clubhouse, internet room, games room, gym and putting green.
