Our family home is in a quiet neighborhood in this university town, 90 minutes from Portland and 60 minutes from the Oregon Coast. The house is clean, newly carpeted, lit with skylights, heated with a natural gas fireplace and electric heat. Quiet, friendly neighbors too.
