this is a 1500 foot town house about 20 minutes from downtown minneapolis and 5 minutes to popular suburb maple grove. This hose 1530 square feet with 2 bedrooms with loft, and 1.5 baths. The house would be great for business or for family. It is about 30 minutes from the mall of america and a short walk to the mississippi river. In the summer there are miles of hikingand biking trails just a short half mile walk from my front door.
