Looking to trade 10 weeks in our beautiful condo in Carpinteria, California (just south of Santa Barbara) for 10 weeks in Seattle (preferably close to downtown with access to bus system) during the summer of 2010. I am doing a college internship in Seattle from mid June to the end of August.
Carpinteria is an amazing beach town, vacationers flock here during the summer for the perfect weather and California beach lifestyle. Plenty of good restaurants, local farmer's market, many summer events, fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, sailing, etc. Perfect for bicycling. See dolphins and seals in the water every day. Our beautiful condo (2 bed, 1.5 bath) is only a four minute walk to the picturesque downtown, 8 minutes to the beach.
