Our home is in the beach community of Carlsbad in Southern California. We are 3 miles to great surf and close to world famous golf courses. Local attractions include Legoland, Sea World, San Diego Zoo and Disneyland (45 min). Our neighborhood has a community pool and hot tub. Our home is perfect for a couple or family. We are looking to travel to any great surf location (Hawaii, Australia, France or others). Please email for additional photos.

Any surf location where it will be summer type weather. Interests include but are not limited to Australia, France, and Hawaii,anywhere with great surf. We would also be interested in a house exchange in Colorado close to mountain biking and horseback riding.
