Gut-renovated brownstone apartment in historic district of Stuyvesant Heights in Brooklyn. Quiet neighborhood. Two excellent restaurants nearby. Less than 30 minute ride to downtown Manhattan on the A train. It's technically a 2-bedroom but one of the rooms is set up as an office, so it's really a 1 bedroom. Good size kitchen and living room. Everything's new; we're the first people moving in after the renovation.
