MUST LOVE ANIMALS - we have a dog and cat... we can only exchange with people willing to look after them. The cat requires very little care but the dog needs 3 walks a day... THE APT: 1,200+ sq foot loft apartment in DUMBO, Brooklyn features super high ceilings, all new appliances, extra spacious bedroom (King bed and en suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and double vanity) and washer & dryer. The second bedroom is really a home office but is fine for an overnight guest. The building is a top-notch condo with 24 hour doorman, shared roof deck and a small gym. Just steps down the cobblestone street, you will find one of the most spectacular parks in NYC - Brooklyn Bridge Park with gorgeous views of Downtown Manhattan, the Brooklyn AND Manhattan bridges and the East River. Walk across the BK bridge in about 25 minutes to Manhattan or take the subway one stop and you are there! Quiet, charming (the building is a renovated warehouse) with many sweet spots to be discovered. PS: Bring your camera - you will get the best shots of your life in DUMBO!
