Swap our 3-4 bedroom apartment in NYC for your Florida condo/house for the December holidays!

Lovely, roomy apartment belonging to young professional couple with 2 year old child in Prime Park Slope, Brooklyn available for swap for one week over the year-end Holidays. Apartment is family and kid friendly, in a safe, quiet neighborhood full of restaurants and bars, and steps away from Prospect Park.

Apartment has three bedrooms and a sofabed in the den to accommodate families. Apartment also has two full bathrooms, chef's kitchen, separate dining room, den in the back of the apartment, and lovely morning light. Wireless internet and unlimited local and domestic long distance phone service available as well.

Subway is a three minute walk from the apartment, and Manhattan is 15 minutes by subway. Private car services are also plentiful, we have used them often.

Looking for 3-4 bedrooms (grandparents will join us in Florida), preferably by the ocean. We have done vacation swaps before and had wonderful experiences! Photos available.
