the house is a 3 bedroom contemporary. We are 30 miles north of NYC with within 4 miles of train station for easy access by train . we are a mile to groceries. Terrific location to take advantage of New York City, and also within 2 hours of catskills & berkshires....
It is a wonderful location for taking advantage of all that NYC offers, while allowing for pleasant nature filled downtime.
