Wonderful gated condo community. This is our private home and will require advance planning for a home swap. We are approximately 30 minutes from all beaches including Florida's #1 beach, Siesta Key Beach. We are located in a golf community and over look the first green. Close to shopping, highway I-75 (which will get you anywhere in Florida very easily), and grocery and more. We are looking for travel in 2013 but will consider a few dates in 2012.
