Hello! We are in a very desirable neighborhood in Berkeley! 15 minute walk from UC Berkeley, around the corner from the Elmwood and Telegraph neighborhoods--complete with great shopping, cafes, restaurants and parks. There is hiking within 10 minutes walk of our door and we are a 30 minute BART ride to San Francisco! The house has 2 bedrooms, but there are extra rooms that will accommodate more people. We also have a hot tub, bikes, and a garden.

This is a large Victorian Home that is Subdivided. The Upstairs (3rd and 1/2 second floor) tenants are very helpful and friendly UCB Gradstudents with their own entry, kitchen, etc...
