Hello! We have a truly beautiful flat with a fireplace, huge, modern kitchen, large, clean bathroom, back deck, front yard and friendly neighbors. Pets are okay if they are well-behaved. It is a fifteen minute train ride to San Francisco from the Berkeley train station (BART) which is 5 blocks away. The pictures posted are from before we moved in but the flat is now fully furnished (more pictures available upon request). Berkeley is a sweet, beautiful, warm and fun place to live. Check it out!
