This home is in a gated community called Sealink,. There a golf course and is just minutes to beach. Nice are for getting away or vacation. Summer is the hot time but winters are pleasant by does rain. We 30 minutes to boarder to Vancouver BC and 2 hrs to Seattle.
Also to Bellingham which is voted number 2 place to retire in US.

Birch bay is resort area in summer quite in winter. This s less than 30 minutes from Vancover BC and 1.5 to Seattle.
It considered Whatcom county. 20 minutes to Bellingham WA voted most desired place to retire in USA. Lot to see. Short drive to
Whistler and or Mt Baker for skiing. Boating hiking and just a pretty area.
Home is very nice.
