Bedrooms have 1 queen, 2 double beds. 35 minutes to Baltimore, 70 minutes to D.C., 90 minutes to Philadelphia, 3-1/2 hrs. to NYC, 3 hrs. to many beaches in MD, DE, VA and NJ. Outlet malls w/ tax-free shopping in DE. 8 mile hiking/biking trail starts 2 blocks from front door. Saturday Farmer's Market 3 blocks away. Trampoline in back yard. Two small playgrounds very close, three huge wooden playgrounds within two miles of house. Two cats that will want to be fed and scratched.

Wish to swap for a home on/near water (lake or ocean) August 8-16 that is within a 10 hour drive of Bel Air for family vacation with three children (two over age 23), son-in-law and granddaughter (age 1.)

Additional information:

Beautifully decorated, antique-filled home. Not delicate, but not baby-proofed. Bedrooms are small but have empty drawers available. 3rd bedroom is an office with fold-out ScanFurn couch. Basement is a rental unit with separate entrance--you'll never know she's there.
