This townhouse is my baby. It is 2,400 sq ft with 180 degree open views of the hill country (double decks). I am a very neat and clean person (granite countertops, hand scraped wood floor throughout the entire place). Looking to swap for a home or condo near Beaver Creek, CO for 3-4 weeks in the Jan-Feb time frame. If you are interested, please let me know and I will send pictures and we can discuss details.
