Our home is located in a neighborhood only about 8 blocks from Downtown Austin. We have many small neighborhood pools in walking distance (Fiesta Gardens, Palm Park), and a park for kids with water in fountains that they can run through and play in. The very best swimming hole is a huge natural springs that can easily be reached on the bike trail, about a 20 minute bike ride.

Our house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath, with cold air-conditioning, wireless internet. We use the 3rd bedroom as an office and it has a loft bed built in. We have a large back yard, and the garden should be full of tomatoes, basil and other vegetables. It is a very nice place, with HUGE shade trees, picnic tables, a deck, and a screened porch.
